The Defensive Academy is committed to the development of lacrosse players at every level through a world class curriculum designed from years of college, professional and international experience. We strive to instill qualities in our athletes that we believe will help them on and off the field. Strategically, our defensive teaching model focuses not just a few aspects of playing defense, but a holistic approach to the game that includes all aspects and situations a player will find themselves in.
